Jeff & Kristen | Karpeles Manuscript Library Wedding Ceremony

Congratulations to Jeff and Kristen who were married this past weekend at Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum, Buffalo NY.  This was a jam-packed weekend of weddings for us, and what an amazing Couple to start things off.  I first met with Jeff and Kristen last year for their Engagement Session.  And, as any Buffalonian knows, the weather here is kind of all over the place sometimes.  Well, the day before the session, the forecast was for rain and high winds.  Do you think this stopped Jeff and Kristen?  No!  There were times we were trying to walk and were literally going backwards; it was the craziest engagement session I’ve ever done.  That set the stage for what I could expect on their wedding day, and I wasn’t disappointed.  Jeff and Kristen are two of the funniest, goofiest people I’ve ever met and they both brought their full personalities to the table.  Leah and I began with the respective getting readies, then made our way to Delaware Park for the First Look.  It was beautiful there, but slightly crowded, as it can get this time of year.  The trees were in bloom and the sun was shining. After a few quick shots at Albright Knox Art Gallery, it was time to head over to Karpeles for the ceremony.  Afterwards, Jeff and Kristen afforded me with even more time for creatives, so we hit up a mural and City Hall.  By this time, the wind was picking up a lot, and I started having flashbacks of their engagement session….
Finally, we made our way over to the reception.  Dinner and dancing ensued, then it was time for Leah and I to say our goodbyes.  Thank you again to Jeff and Kristen for inviting us to spend the day with you.  We wish you both all the best for the future!
