What a wonderful day I spent with Jason and Desiree as they celebrated their nuptials with an intimate backyard wedding near Rochester, NY.  Summer is certainly here and the heat was on for the outdoor ceremony, but a steady breeze kept the temps tolerable and plenty of cool drinks made everyone happy.  Jason and Desiree are a wonderfully loving Couple with a great group of family and friends who brought laughter and joy to the whole day.  We were able to do a non-traditional “First Hug” (as opposed to a First Look) and it made for a great moment.  After a lovely ceremony, I took the whole bridal party for a walk in the woods.  A couple of members began playing with objects on hand while I was taking some shots of the Bride and Groom, so I decided to go with it.  Everyone grabbed something and I think it made for a great photo!  As dinner and dancing ensued, I stole Jason and Desiree a few more times throughout the night for some more intimate moments.  I love this time of day with a Couple, away from the chaos of the Party; it always makes for great photos as the Bride and Groom get to really just be “alone” as a Couple for a few minutes.  As night fell, the bags were packed, sparklers lit, and it was time to say goodbye.  Thank you again to Jason and Desiree for inviting me to be a part of your special day!
