Congratulations to Kyle and Liz who were married this past weekend on Seneca Lake with a reception following at Club 86 Geneva, NY.  I first worked with the happy Couple last fall for their engagement session.  I think we all clicked right away and I was really looking forward to photographing their Wedding Day.  Leah and I began with the Girls at a house right on the Lake, and it was certainly shaping up to be a beautiful day when we arrived.  I left for an hour to check in with the Guys, before coming back to get Liz into her dress.  We had water access, and I just couldn’t resist using the dock for some photos.  I opted out of asking all the girls to venture out there (just in case it broke).  Kyle and Liz decided on a First Look and Bridal Party photos at the Davis Art Gallery.  This is by far one of my new favorite spots for the Geneva area.  There’s so much potential here and I could have spent hours exploring the gardens.  The Ceremony itself was in Seneca Lake State Park, right next to the water.  We had a good breeze to combat the hot sun; the water was clear and the clouds were picturesque.  After a few more creatives around the park, we all headed over to Club 86 for the reception.  This historic nightclub was THE place to go during the 40’s Jazz era.  It was one of the hottest spots around and featured performances from some of the greats.  The rest of our night went by in a flash, and before I knew it, it was time to say goodbye.  Thank you again to Kyle and Liz for inviting Leah and I to be a part of your Celebration.  We wish you both all the best for the future!
